Hi friends and family,
A little about me: I've called Burnaby, South Surrey and now Cloverdale (since 2005) home!
It all started in 1998 with my first townhouse purchase for my wife and I. That sparked a fire, and I read a lot of real estate investment books and I attended weekend real estate investment seminars, which built my knowledge and excitement. In 2005, I pulled the trigger on my first investment property, and from there, I've grown my portfolio across Canada and even ventured into the Phoenix USA market.
For me, real estate investing is a four pronged attack: 1 mortgage pay down, 2 monthly cash flow, 3 price appreciation and 4 nice tax advantages. "Don't wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait."

In 2016 I explored a new avenue - Private or Direct Mortgage Lending - to create a more passive income stream. Then, from 2017 to 2020, I became licensed as a Mortgage Broker, I felt it was a natural fit. In that time as a Mortgage Broker I enjoyed helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, secure that perfect investment property or refinance their mortgage for various reasons. I enjoyed Mortgage Brokering, but my passion for Real Estate is far greater.
 
When I'm not diving into the world of real estate or finance, you'll find me spending quality time with my amazing wife, our 3 fantastic kids and our dog (mini labradoodle). I love to travel, explore new places and get active. Current sports I am into is golf, boxing and pickleball. I also enjoy a vast array of other sports. You name it I have played it. I also get a kick out of coaching and or watching my son's soccer and ball hockey teams (Go Team!).
I enjoy watching the Dallas Cowboys, Vancouver Canucks, PGA Golf, Boxing and F1 fan here! During the NFL season I am in a few Fantasy Football leagues, so much fun!
